Last week, the girls learned all about asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. The girls watched a video called 'What is a refugee?' They also watched a video about the life of Yusra Mardini, a young refugee who achieved her dream to compete in the Summer Olympic Games in 2016. The girls recapped on what they had learnt by writing it down and making a mind map of their learning. Check out our work below.
