Every Active Week includes a Beep Test in which pupils are challenged to run a 20m distance repeatedly for as long as they can. The speed of this run is increased as the challenge progresses. Children achieve a personal level and are encouraged to try maintain or improve this level for their next beep test by being more active at school, at home, in their daily lives‼️🏃♀️🚴⛹️♀️🤽♀️🏊♀️💃
