Last week, we made saltdough decorations. We are learning about procedural writing and decided to make them as it's close to Valentine's Day. Here is our recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of salt
1/2 cup of water
Method:
- First, add the flour, salt and water to the bowl.
- Mix it well.
- Put the dough on the floured table and knead it for a few minutes until it is smooth.
- Flatten the dough.
- Use the cutters to cut out shapes.
- Place the shapes onto a tray with grease-proof paper.
- Next, bake them in the oven for 3 hours until they are hard, at the lowest temperature.
- Finally, paint them in your own style.
